Cambridge Lightning Arnis Training Group
Arnis is a weaponry-based martial art originating in the Phillipines. It is fundamentally a self-defence system although some students do also train in competitive sport Arnis. Class activities centre around learning "stick-craft" - basically developing sparring skills using rattan batons, the idea being that such skills can be applied to any artifacts which can be picked up and used in self defence.
