AquAid currently have thirty-three different distribution centres covering areas from Cornwall in the South West to Aberdeen in the North East. We do not operate with national call-centres because we do not believe this can ever offer our customers the level of service they expect. We offer our customers a unique service-level guaranteeing contact with local staff at all times. They are the best people to assist should you wish to order additional coolers, more water or even if you have an invoice query.
Free delivery
As standard we operate with a weekly or fortnightly delivery-service where we visit your premises to deliver whatever your requirements are until your next delivery. Don't worry if you do not require a delivery that frequently; we do not charge anything for this service.
AquAid (London Central) is a local, independent company; we supply bottle-fed & plumbed in water coolers to customers in the Central London area. We are a committed ethical trader, supporting the provision of clean water to communities in the developing world through our long standing partnerships with Christian Aid & Pump Aid. This is achieved through donations from the sale of our water, with 40p from every 19 litre bottle purchased going towards clean water programmes. The AquAid network has so far raised over £5million towards these programmes.
