David Alan Consultants is a family run business and has been established since 1999. We run a friendly and professional service and strive to deliver the best possible service to our clients. Currently we focusing on clients looking to recruit young adults between the ages of 18-24.

David Alan Consultants have developed and launched our video interviewing concept which is now saving our clients much needed time in the recruitment process.
So what is video interviewing?
A short filmed video clip of the candidate being asked specific questions agreed by you in advance.
Then we send you their traditional cv and a link, you watch the highlights on your computer when you want.
