This lady has a solicitor and a barrister to help her in court although she approached many of the normal lines of inquiry when in an abusive relationship and was told that he couldn't get legal help and to let her so-called husband file for the divorce and had to go to court on her own without any support. She had also asked to be separated from her ex-husband in court and sadly this was denied although this lady had gone through various abuse throughout her marriage.
